Managing Your Subscription
Subscribing
To subscribe:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Subscribe or Upgrade
- Choose your plan
- Select billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Enter payment details
- Complete checkout
Viewing Subscription Status
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View your current plan
- See next billing date
- View payment method
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
Changing Plans
To upgrade or change billing cycle:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select new plan or cycle
- Confirm changes
- Prorated credits applied
Canceling Subscription
To cancel:

After cancellation:

- No further charges

- Access continues during grace period

- You can export data during this time
- After 30 days, data may be deleted
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge to discuss your situation.
Is there a free plan?
Currently, we offer a 30-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for full access.
Do prices include tax?
Prices may or may not include tax depending on your location. VAT is added for EU customers. The checkout will show the final price including any applicable taxes.
