Overview
The Visiting Card feature allows you to:
- Create a professional digital business card
- Share a public link with anyone
- Let contacts download your vCard (.vcf)
- Control what information is visible

Enabling Your Visiting Card
Setup
- Go to Settings > Visiting Card
- Toggle Enable Visiting Card on
- Fill in your card details
- Click Save
Your Public URL
Once enabled, you'll receive a unique public URL:

What You Can Include
Personal Details:
- Full name
- Profile photo
- Job title / Position
- Bio / Description
Contact Information:
- Email address
- Phone number
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Website URL
Company Information:
- Company name
- Company website
Required vs Optional
- Required: Name
- Recommended: Photo, email, title
- Optional: Everything else
Customizing Your Card
Profile Photo
- Go to Settings > Visiting Card
- Click on the photo area
- Upload an image (JPG, PNG)
- Crop and adjust as needed
- Save
Photo Tips
- Use a professional headshot
- Ensure good lighting
- Square format works best
- Minimum 200x200 pixels
Bio Section
Write a brief professional bio:
- Keep it concise (2-3 sentences)
- Highlight your role and expertise
- Include relevant keywords
- Update as your role changes
Contact Details
Choose which contact methods to display:
- Email (personal or professional)
- Phone (with country code)
- LinkedIn (full profile URL)
- Website (personal or company)
Sharing Your Card
Direct Link
Copy your visiting card URL and share:
- In email signatures
- On social media profiles
- In LinkedIn about section
- On printed business cards (as QR code)
- In messaging apps
QR Code
Generate a QR code for your card:
- Open your visiting card page
- Look for the QR code option
- Download or screenshot the code
- Add to printed materials

What Is vCard?
vCard (.vcf) is a standard file format for digital business cards. It allows contacts to save your information directly to their phone or email client.
How It Works
- Someone visits your visiting card URL
- They click Save Contact or Download vCard
- A .vcf file downloads to their device
- They open it to add you to their contacts
What's Included
The vCard contains:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Job title
- Profile photo
- Website URL
All information you've added to your visiting card is included.
Privacy Controls
Visibility Settings
Control who can see your card:
- Public - Anyone with the link can view
- Hidden - Card is disabled, link returns 404
Information Control
Choose exactly what to share:
- Enable/disable each field
- Use different email than your account email
- Show business phone instead of personal
- Link to company website vs personal site
Disabling Your Card
To remove your public card:
- Go to Settings > Visiting Card
- Toggle Enable Visiting Card off
- Your URL will no longer work
- Re-enable anytime to restore
