Summary Contents

A typical summary includes:

What It Does

Beside the summary, the AI writes a short list of things worth carrying into the next conversation. They are notes about other people, not things for you to do:

• Who actually decides, when that turns out not to be the person you were talking to
• A deadline said out loud that is in nobody's calendar
• Something to find out before you meet again
• A constraint that shapes what you can offer

Anything you committed to becomes a task instead, on the Tasks tab of the same interaction. The split is deliberate: a reminder is context, a task is work.

The brief is written for the two minutes before you walk in, so it is built for a phone: open the event, go to Attendees, and pick the person you actually need. There is an event-level brief as well, but the attendee one is the one that names things — the task still open from a different conversation, the week they take off every September.

How It Works

BlaBlaNote uses advanced language models:

Processing Time

AI processing typically takes:

• Short recordings (< 5 min): 1-2 minutes
• Medium recordings (5-30 min): 2-5 minutes
• Long recordings (30+ min): 5-10 minutes

Privacy & Security

• Transcriptions encrypted in transit and at rest
• Your data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland). Audio is deleted once transcribed, one day after receiving it
• Summaries, pre-meeting briefs and other texts are written by Google's AI, which may process your data outside the European Union, under a contract with transfer safeguards. Google keeps these requests for up to 55 days to detect abuse
• If Google does not respond, the request goes to the same model through another provider, in the United States
• For contact follow-up, the AI searches public information on Google, which keeps those searches for 30 days
• Some tasks run on their own, without you pressing anything: following up the contacts you choose, at the frequency you set, processing the emails you forward, and event reports, recommendations and matchmaking
• We don't train AI models with your data, and neither Google nor Amazon Web Services uses it to train theirs
• The AI suggests: sending, deleting or accepting is always up to you
• Your data is never sold or used for advertising
• You can delete your data whenever you want
