Activities
The Activities feed is your home screen in BlaBlaNote. It's an AI-curated, one-screen view of what you should do next across your whole network — instead of forcing you to dig through contacts, calendar, and tasks one by one.
Each item on the feed is a single, actionable suggestion with a clear next step.

Activity types
Each item on your feed is one of these types:
Time to reconnect
You haven't touched base with this contact in a while and they matter to you (based on relationship strength and follow-up cadence). BlaBlaNote suggests a reach-out.
Important date
A contact has a birthday, anniversary, or custom important date coming up. The feed reminds you a few days ahead so you have time to send something.
Stay updated (follow-up)
There's an open thread with this contact — a question you didn't answer, a document you promised to send, or an action item from a meeting that's still outstanding.
Task deadline
A task with a due date is approaching or overdue.
Networking insight
BlaBlaNote noticed something useful from one of your interactions — a pattern, a missed opportunity, or a connection you might want to make.
Upcoming event
Something is happening on your calendar that needs your attention (upcoming meeting, attendee just confirmed, schedule change).
You can't miss it (notification)

How activities are generated
The feed is generated automatically based on:
- Your contact relationships and how recently you've interacted
- Your calendar (upcoming meetings, recent meetings, no-shows)
- Tasks and their deadlines
- Important dates you've set
- Open follow-ups from your interactions
- Patterns BlaBlaNote sees across your network
There's nothing to set up — it runs in the background and updates throughout the day.
Acting on an activity
Every activity card has a clear next step. Common actions:
- Send a message — Opens your email, WhatsApp, or messaging app
- Schedule a meeting — Drops you into the calendar with the contact pre-filled
- Mark as done — Removes the activity from the feed (e.g. you already sent the follow-up)
- Snooze — Hide the activity for a day, a week, or until later
- Open contact — Jump to the full contact profile
When you act on an activity, BlaBlaNote learns from it. Activities you consistently act on get prioritised; activities you consistently snooze get downgraded.
Notifications
Account-wide messages from BlaBlaNote — security alerts, product updates, billing reminders, important changes. Each notification has a read/unread state so you know what's new.
Tuning your feed
The feed is personalised, but you can influence it:
- Snooze activities you don't want to act on right now
- Mark contacts as important — they appear in Reconnect and Important date more aggressively
- Set follow-up cadence on a contact — controls how often Reconnect fires
- Add important dates — fuels the Important date type
- Complete suggestions when you act on them — improves future recommendations
Best practices
- Check the feed once a day — it's designed to be cleared, not scrolled forever
- If something on the feed is wrong (suggested reconnect with someone you don't want to talk to), snooze or mark the contact as low-priority
- Treat Important dates as a chance to send something small — a quick message, not a full meeting
- The feed is a recommendation, not a command. It's fine to ignore most of it and focus on the few items that matter
